Our beers

Light lager 11%

The original extract (OE) is at least 11.5%.
The alcohol content is of at least 4.5% by volume.

Light lager is produced by a proven mashing technique from the highest quality hand-made Moravian malts. The igher but still delicious bitterness of the beer is achieved by triple dosing of the hops. The traditional primary fermentation and long maturing give the beer a balanced flavour and perfect drinkability.

 

Semi-dark lager 12%

The original extract (OE) is at least 12.5%.
The alcohol content of at least 4.8% by volume.

A combination of four kinds of malts gives this beer a delicate caramel taste with a hint of nuts. The full-malt taste is alternated by mild bitterness with herbal tones of the hops.

ABBEY (Belgian) 16%

The original extract (OE) is at least 16.0%.
The alcohol content of at least 5.8% by volume

The alcohol content of at least 5.8% by volume.
A top-fermented beer of dark to red colour. It is based on an original recipe from Belgian ABBEY ALE beer style. It has a naturally bitter taste for this type of beer and differs only with the hops composition.

 

Summer ale 11%

The original extract (OE) is at least 11.2%.
The alcohol content of at least 5.1% by volume.

A modern fresh beer hopped in the production process with original American hops, allowing the beer to achieve a refreshing bitterness with hints of grapefruit and lemon zest.

Wheat beer 11%

The original extract (OE) is at least 11.5%.
The alcohol content of at least 4.5% by volume.

A so-called white beer which is very popular in our country. Its unforgettable taste of banana or clove serves as a pleasuring refreshment in hot summer months.

I.P.A 15%

The original extract (OE) is at least 15.5%.
The alcohol content of at least 5.8% by volume.

A colonial beer originally from England, that has a very interesting history. British troops missed their beer in India because it often arrived spoiled after long time sailing the see. So the British then started to add dried hops to barrels, which conserved the beer and also altered its taste. Today, thanks to special kinds of hops from all around the World, we can enjoy a variety of different flavours of this beer.

Dark Special 14%

The original extract (OE) is at least 14.0%.
The alcohol content of at least 5.2% by volume.

A beer characterized by a darker colour with a reddish tone. The beer has a full flavour with a hint of bitterness and creamy foam, and it has a distinct taste of Žatec hops.

Dark Lager 12%

The original extract (OE) is at least 12.0%.
The alcohol content of at least 4.2% by volume.

This beer has a dark to black colour with a strong hint of caramel, little bitterness, and a thick white foam.
